Crescent Construction & Design was established in 2024. We are a family owned company that specializes in engineering designs, construction, and remodeling with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. We take pride in our work with quality control and assurance verifying that the job is done as our own personal project.

Meet the Team

Adnan El-Saad, P.E.

Adnan El-Saad is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states including Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. Adnan has a vast experience in construction and design with over 30 years of experience. He worked at TXDOT and FDOT for a combination of 25 years in bridge engineering and construction.

Adnan has worked on multiple construction jobs from remodeling to complete custom home builds and commercial properties from a young age. Adnan El-Saad provides quality and honest solutions with his vast knowledge in construction. He is an expert in timber, concrete, project management, inspections, and all types of construction and remodeling.

Osama Elsaad, P.E., L.I.

Osama Elsaad is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states including Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. He also is a licensed Texas Landscape Irrigator. Osama has a vast experience in construction and design with 15 years of experience. He has strong knowledge in concrete, steel, timber design, inspections, and load testing. He has worked on a vast number of projects from residential, commercial, and state level.

Osama Elsaad has certifications in multiple aspect of the bridge field holding a bridge inspector certification from NHI and an Underbridge "Snooper" Truck Operator certification.
